On a warm spring day, the Andronico's Golden Eagles split into squads and played the Cardinals and the Funky Monkeys. Against the Funky Monkeys, the Golden Eagles, up first, led off with a Hannah Lane-Goldstein fly to left field, a single by Madeline Kanek, and a solid single to left by Taylor Kempf. On the field, Hannah, playing left field, got in some good throws to first basegirl Annie Davenport, who hit a solid grounder up the middle in the next inning. Megan Chen fielded a grounder and tagged up at third for an out. In the second inning, the girls were all hitting well, with some long line drives and well-hit grounders, for a hit-filled game. |

| The Impact Fund Huskies 10, Robinson-McNally Retrievers 8 |
It was a doggone hot day at Cordinices as the Robinson-McNally Retrievers battled it out against The Impact Fund Huskies. The Huskies' Alexis Ballman drove in a run with a grounder between the pitcher and third. Zoey Horowitz hit a hard groundball to shortstop and hustled to first base for a single. Sofia Campos-Seligman snagged a hard hit to short and tagged the runner out. Esther Karpilow hit another hard one to short, advancing the runners to second and third, for Rory Bayer-Nadel to get a run batted in from a nice hit past second base .The Retrievers came to bat with a string of hits including a solid right field line drive (and RBI) by Mia Rabin . The Retrivers did not allow the Huskies to score in the second inning, with an very impressive play at first base by quick- thinking Robin Cohen, who caught the pop-up and made the double play at first. The Retrievers were led by Claire McNally's three hits and 2 RBIs, Adi Saaf's some defense and 2 hits, including a right field double, fine catching by Raina Pinkosh, and timely hits by Elle McDouglad, Briahna Jackson, Robyn Wampler and Evie Malamut. |

n the first inning, every Cheetah batted strong and scored. Lucky Charms' Lindsey Lam, Alison Radkey and Grace Rusin all hit strong RBI singles. On defense, Cheetahs Rachel Cohen and Natalie Wright were a deadly combo, as pitcher Rachel fielded two grounders, and threw swiftly to Natalie at first for two outs. The Lucky Charms defense was anchored by Nory Klop-Packel, with solid catching at first base, and Alison's assist at second base. The Cheetahs' Mikaela Hammond Holland hit a powerful grounder in the second inning, followed by Clara Zimmerman who power-housed a hit with equal force. Cheetah Sydney Handler-Vosen, at third base, handled a nice force out at third base in the second inning. |

In the first inning, Hurricanes' pitcher Mallory McCrane snagged a grounder and threw to 1B Anne Mugler, who tagged the plate for an out. Also during the top of the first, 3B Helen Thomas-McLean snared a grounder and ran to 3B to get the out. The bottom of the first inning featured a nice play by Black Diamonds pitcher Maeve Gallagher throwing to 1B Sierra Jiminez to put out the batter. A few plays later, third basegirl Martina D'AMbrosio forced out another runner at third base. Hot Hurricane's Sarah Isen hit a single and drove in a run. At the top of the second inning, 3B Lily Dawson fielded a grounder and tagged the base for an out. Ella Hass got a hit and scored when teammate Sarah knocked her in. Into the bottom of the second inning, Black Diamond batter Erin Shurtz singled in the lead runner, stole third base to avoid a force out, then scored after successive singles by Amelia Galbraith, Maeve, and Martina. The third inning started off with Black Diamond batter Sierra's line drive down the 3rd base line for a double, followed by a number of hits, including ones from by Amari Coffey, Anna Reed, Hope Fa-Kaji, Parisa Imani, and a second one by Sierra to close the inning. Hot Hurricane's Lily's throw from left field beat the runner to third for an unassisted out. During the bottom of the third inning, Black Diamond's sharply Sierra fielded a ball going to home. |

| Red Oak Chili Peppers 5, San Marco Killer Bunnies |
The Killer Bunnies scored two runs quickly, with RBI singles by Sydnie Hersh and Avery Evans (both of whom singled again later in the game), a steal of second by Hersh and third by Evans. Chili Peppers' Erin Cain pitched two stong innings, while catching two pop ups at the mound and later assisted on three outs at first base. Killer Bunnies' Graham Griffin stuck out three batters as pitcher, and had two singles, a stolen base and an RBI at the plate. Chili Peppers' Lucy Rosenthal snagged a strong grounder along the baseline and beat the runner to first for an out. In the bottom of the third the Chili Peppers' Muriel Richardson, Derby Gill, Maggie Beatty, and Erin and Lucy all swung away in what became a four run rally. Late in the game, Killer Bunnies Cecilia Rubens doubled to left and stole third, but it was not enough. |

| Zonta Fried Chicken Tacos 15, Arkin Tilt Goonies 3 |
On a warm spring day at Fielding Field, Emily Cain stole home on a dropped pitch to put the Arkin Tilt Goonies on the scoreboard before Zonta pitcher Nora Killian struckout two batters to end the inning. But the Zonta FCTs offense proved ultimately to be too much for the Goonies, with solid hitting by Julie Moorad, Annie Wanless and Reyna Fa-Kaji, and heads-up base running by Sarah Lake and Rebecca Guba. Goonies catcher Hannah Herman made a great play at home with a diving tag of the sliding Zonta runner. Maggie Gallagher hit a towering double for the Goonies, while Natalie Burns made several key plays at first base. Fa-Kaji made an unassisted double play for the winning effort of the Zonta FCTs. |
| Alliance Graphics Phantoms 12, Strategic Economics Oxykleen 9 |
Oxykleen batters dominated this match-up early with strong hitting in the first, including a double for two RBIs by Faith Huff. Teammate Cassidy Villeneuve knocked a sharp drive to center field to put a runner across in the second. The Phantoms' defense battled back, though, with excellent catches by second baseman Rachel Pozos and pitcher Nicole Nordahl to send disappointed Oxykleen runners back to the dugout. Phantom Makayla Miller snagged a fast grounder at second to tag out Cassidy and strand three Oxykleen runners in the top of the third. The Phantoms roared back in the third with a 2RBI double by Kendal Kirkman and solid performances at the plate by the entire line-up. Oxykleen third baseman Molly Cohen trapped a Phantom in a pickle with catcher Jennie Olson, saving a run at the plate. The Phantoms' infield was perfect in the fourth, with excellent throws to Anna Supton at first retiring two Oxykleen hopeful and a great catch by Kendal at shortstop ending the half. Despite excellent work by Boothe Carlson on the mound and Emma Kneafsey at the plate, the Phantoms closed out the game with a haunting victory over the Oxykleen. |
